Shipped worldwide.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
1. Estimated Delivery Times
Transit time begins once your order has shipped. Below are our official delivery estimates:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 7–28 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or remote delivery locations.
2. Tracking Information
A tracking number is sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers only scan items at major distribution points.
3. Address Changes and Order Modifications
Changes are possible only before your order enters the fulfillment stage.
To request an address update, email support@zmnllc.online as soon as possible, including your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or reroute the package. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct details are provided — additional postage may apply.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- These charges are the customer's responsibility.
- They are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.
- We cannot influence or expedite customs clearance processes.
5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting
Delayed Beyond Estimated Transit Time
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We'll reach out to the carrier and assist you with an update.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Package Not Found
- Check the shipping address
- Check mailrooms, parcel lockers, or building reception
- Check with neighbors or household members
Many carriers mark items as delivered up to 24–48 hours before the actual arrival. If the package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact us to begin an investigation.
Lost Shipments
A shipment is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or delivery time exceeds normal expectations by 15 business days (international: 20 business days). We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
6. Split Shipments
Your order may be fulfilled in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment has its own tracking number at no additional cost.
7. Delivery Limitations
Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote areas. If the selected shipping method is incompatible with your address, we may adjust it to the closest available equivalent at no additional cost.
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items listed as pre-order or backorder ship once available. Estimated shipping dates appear on the product page or at checkout. If delays occur, we will notify you.
